OUR STORY
JMP Perez Construction was established in 1999 by Joseph Martin P. Perez, a licensed Civil Engineer with a passion for building structures that stand the test of time. What began as a sole proprietorship has grown into a trusted name in the construction industry, known for its technical expertise and commitment to quality.
A proud graduate of Manila Science High School and UP Diliman, Engr. Perez began his professional journey at D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI), one of the Philippines' leading construction firms. During his five years with DMCI, he gained hands-on experience across multiple disciplines—including estimating, field engineering, and project management.
Under DMCI, he played key roles in notable infrastructure and high-rise developments such as:
- Metro Manila Flood Control Project II
- Smokey Mountain Foundation Works
- Citibank Tower Project
- Belle Bay Plaza Foundation Works
- SM Mall of Asia Seawall Construction
Engr. Perez developed deep expertise in both basic and specialized construction methods including pile driving, cofferdam and diaphragm wall installation, barrette piles, offshore works, seawall construction, and high-strength concrete applications.
Fueled by a vision to lead and innovate, he ventured out on his own and founded JMP Perez Construction. Since then, the company has continuously delivered high-quality construction services with a focus on integrity, precision, and long-term client partnerships.
